COLLABORATION BETWEEN THE NATIONAL CHAMBER OF EXPORTERS OF SRI LANKA (NCE) AND SERVICES INTERNATIONAL IN INDIA TO PROMOTE PARTICIPATION OF MEMBER EXPORTERS OF THE CHAMBER ON CONCESSIONARY TERMS, AT VARIOUS TRADE FAIRS AND EXHIBITIONS ORGANIZED BY

To promote organic and natural products. Exhibition to be held from
26th November to 28th November 2010 at the Chennai Trade Centre, Tamil
Nadu, India.
Services International is a professional exhibition and conference
organizer in India and consultants in the field of exhibitions and
conferences and specialists rendering professional consultancy in
trade fairs and exhibitions.
Services International takes care of venue planning, financial
control, documentation, press assistance, staffing, registration,

Services International has entered into a collaborative agreement with
the NCE to promote the products and services of member companies of
the chamber at the events in which they wish to participate. For this
purpose, the logo of the chamber will be carried in all promotional
material of Services International publishing the respective events.
In return, Services International will provide discounts on the normal
rates offered to participants for trade stalls, to member enterprises
of the chamber who apply for the respective events through the
chamber, with its endorsement.
Services International has informed the Chamber that they would be
organizing three exhibitions and trade events from the 26th November –
28th November 2010 at the Chennai Trade Centre in Tamil Nadu, India.
They are:-
1) Everything Organic and Natural (EON) exhibition to promote organic
and natural products
2) Wellness Asia exhibition
3) Asian Herbal Show exhibition and conference
Member enterprises of the NCE who wish to participate in the above
events and who apply for participation through the Chamber with its
endorsement will be able to enjoy a 15% discount on the printed price
for participation if payment is made before 31st March 2010. If
payment is made subsequently, members will be able to enjoy a 10%
discount.
In addition to the above, two or more SME companies who wish to share
an exhibition or a trade stall will be offered the stall at the normal
applicable rate as a concession provide to the NCE, whereas in such
instances the organization charges 25% extra rental on the total stall
cost when it is shared.
