ECO-PRODUCTS INTERNATIONAL FAIR 2011 – FROM 10-12 FEBRUARY 2011 IN NEW
DELHI, INDIA

The Minister (Commercial) of the Sri Lanka Embassy in Tokyo has
informed the Chamber that the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) in
Tokyo has sought the assistance of the Embassy to disseminate
information regarding the above Exhibition among Sri Lankan stake
holders to participate/visit the exhibition. The APO will organize
the above Fair in New Delhi, India from 10th to 12th February 2011, in
collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce & Industry; National
Productivity Council; and the Confederation of Indian Industry.

The Fair will create awareness among consumers, traders, and
manufacturers in the Asian Region of the importance of the eco-
products in relation to greening supply chains, which is one of the
most important focus areas of the APO’s Green Productivity Programs.

Previous Eco-products Fairs held in Tokyo over the last 10 years, and
six previous fairs held in New Delhi is an attempt to reach the widest
possible audience and accelerate the expansion of green markets by
exhibiting environment-friendly products and services.

Members who are interested could either participate as exhibitors or
visit the fair. A brochure regarding the fair is available at the
Secretariat of the Chamber for perusal by interested member companies.
