September 3 - Post Labor Day Ride

Sue and I will not be there today as i got my final lubricant injections in my knees today and have to take it easy.  I am attaching a link to a ride for today if anyone is interested.  With days getting short it is a 22 mile jaunt around our favorite area.  I'm staying in RSF with hopes that it isn't too hot :-).

Hi Dan,

Sorry I missed most of the Tuesday night cycling season, but knee/hip problem kept me away. I hope your knee injections work for you. I had 2 shots of cortisone in my right hip, pain is gone away but someday I will probably need more than just a shot to fix the hip. I am slowly coming back to cycling with short 30 mile flat rides. I hope to return for 2014 Tuesday ride season. Everyone have a great fall/winter season.
