Shoot without AF, always on top, ...

Hi,
I try your latest version and it work fine with my D800.

But some new features could be great :

- It could be very useful to have an icon to shoot without activate AF for example when you adjust AF direct on the camera.

- It could be great to have an option to have your application always on top (went you use it with an other viewer)

- ncc don't show if ISO auto is on. it could be great show that and it could be greatest to have a check box to enable or disable this option.

- it could be great to have an option to disable the images view in your application if you use nxview to show the picture.

- a progress bar for downloading picture could be great

The "disable image view" already is possible in configuration uncheck "Auto preview"
