The program was communicating all of the settings with my D60 and the camera was taking pictures, but the pictures would not transfer to the computer.  I restarted the program with the native drivers disabled and now it works fine.  The only feature not available now is the ability to change the focus mode.  Thank you for your hard work in making a freely available camera tethering program!
