D3s D800 working but...

hi,

I found a laptop running on WIn7, I5, 4 GG RAm, it's  a good laptop. i intalled ncc latest version. i plugged a D3S and a D800

I need to start the program before the D3s and the D800 otherwise they are  not recognized.

With the D3S : i can not fire the camera in Live view mode; everything else is fine.
"take picture" don't work and i have a apllication error.

With the D800, everything works.

Timelapse works only with D3S

But the main problem is that the program is very slow. I took 3 pictures and it stalled. It took ages before getting the cameras online.
It's very unstable and i can not do the shots i wanted because i was waiting for the soft to be ready

I saved the picture  on a remote computer : it works

Multiple camera control don't work like it should.



In my opinion, Ncc can not be use in a  workflow at the moment.
Also it keeps in mind the latest pictures taken in the thumbnails, annoying.


Is it possible to see what's in on a the cameras before downloading the pictures ? like thumbnails pro ?
 Editing will be easier and the transmission faster.

Hi, I'm not sure why you are having problems. Perhaps it is only related to the dual camera setup. ?
I have not found any problems with starting the camera after the program, or vice versa. My only issue is that it does not let you know when the camera is NOT connected.

I installed NCC two days ago, and have been taking nearly 3000 photos a day on my D3S with it since, and no hiccups. Its very fast for me, just like the nikon software... and unlike the nikon software, it hasnt crashed yet haha
