I am a insurance sales guy in the States. The Voip that I have been
using Vonage is not coming in clear. So I make the 3 phone calls.
1. Vonage (The VOIP company)
2. 012 zahav - the internet company
3. Bezek - the infrastructure for the internet
I just learned that the reason that it was not clear is that in
addition to having at least 91 upload capacity, that you must
have "Latency" of less than 40. My latency on www.speedtest.net has
been hovering around 200. Which is much too high. Even though I have
5 mega download and 500 VOIP or do phone call business to the
States, Please help me. I need to work and if things are clear in the
phone calls I will hire others.
