RDRAM for old computer?

Anyone have ant RDRAM chips lying around? I have an Intel D850GB mboard
in a computer that I need to bring up and I have no RDRAM chips in my
legacy box.
There the ones with two cutouts about 2cm apart in the center of the memory module.
