To All Region 1 Parents,

Well here we go.  Attached you should find the information needed to reserve a room at this years host hotel.  If you have any possibility of qualifying to this years championships, please reserve a room immediately.  Remember you can always cancel if you don't qualify.  Please read Debbie's letter attached.

Last year, we had so many gymnasts at Level 5 and 6, we were only able to let less that 50% of them qualify.  This year, we have changed the format of the event to allow many more young gymnasts the chance to qualify, so if I were you, I would err on the side of optimism.  We are bringing in two full sets of equipment in order to shorten the sessions, but still have more gymnasts qualify.  Allowing as many young gymnasts to experience an event of this caliber, we feel, is very motivational, and has always been one of our top priorities.

As in the past, let me know if you have questions that your coaches can't answer, and feel free to give this email your widest distribution.
