Regionals: Petition and Program Advertising

Hi Everyone,

I have attached the Injury Petition form. If you have any athletes you wish to petition to Regionals, please fill out it out completely. Scan and email the form and required supporting documentation to Michelle and I and bring the original to L5-10 State Championships.

Important note: Only optional athletes can petition to Regionals

Attached is the form used to submit ad's, or individual or team pictures for inclusion in the 2012 Program.

Please give this your widest distribution, and see that your gymnasts take a copy of the attachment home.

I am also sending it to the State Chairmen for distribution, but I thought I send it to you directly as well, so you might get duplicates.  Sorry for that.

There is a cutoff date, so I want to make sure it gets out quickly.
