> Yesterday I sent out the initial information on our R1BC. The camp is during the weekend of J.O. Nationals. I need you to promote the camp to all of the younger kids in your state that will not have anything going that weekend because the Top coaches will be gone to Nationals.
>
> Many good things can come about because of this problem (opportunity). As I stated, the big population group of Level 4 - 8's will not be doing anything, but most importantly, the coaches that don't usually go to national's are the perfect group to recruit for clinicians and will be a great way to get them started in that contribution to the sport. We have grossly over used the same wonderful volunteers for too long already, and this will help get new blood involved.
>
> I need you to also remind all of your top coaches that the Benefit Camp is to financially help their top guys, the ones that incur the most expense in trying to stay at the top of the sport.
>
> Getting anything new off of the ground is difficult, and cannot succeed without a concentrated effort. Assuming that someone else will do it is the recipe for failure.
>
> Keep in mind that all we need to do to succeed is push for our clubs to support attending a very fun and beneficial camp at Woodward West. I am attaching the letter I sent out yesterday, please read it carefully and go to the Benefit Camp website and see how it works.
