Update for coaches and judges:

There has been an official ruling on the use of the round-off entry mat on vault.  Effective immediately this mat may only be used for round-off entry vaults.  There is no JO exception and a supplemental mat deduction may be taken of -.5.  

I can forward you the convoluted email chain if you want to see the ramblings but as of 1/4/12 this is the ruling until the Age Group Comittee decides differently.
