USA Gymnastics Online Systems - UPDATE - ATTENTION NEEDED

URGENT – PLEASE GIVE THIS THE WIDEST DISTRIBUTION POSSIBLE

 

Program has been notified of difficulties with our online Member Services.

 

What can currently by processed online:

 

·         The extra web shutdown does not affect the way membership/education is processed

·         Sanctions can be processed online

·         Meet directors can verify memberships online

·         Club administrators can access club rosters, print membership cards, and update levels

·         Individual members if already registered for a course can access the online courses (please note they must already be registered)

·         Individual members can still complete background check screenings

·         Individual members can print their membership cards

 

What CANNOT be processed through the online service:

·         Club administrators CANNOT create or renew athletes online

o   Athlete Membership Applications will need to be faxed or mailed to Member Services.  Member Services cannot take these over the phone.  The online pricing will be honored and will be processed as quickly as possible. No rush fees will be assessed during this time.

·         Individual Pros/Inst. Members CANNOT renew memberships online

o   Individual Professional Memberships and Instructor Membership applications can be processed by Member Services over the phone or the application forms can be faxed or mailed to Member Services. The online pricing will be honored and will be processed as quickly as possible. No rush fees will be assessed during this time.

·         Individuals CANNOT register online for ANY Educational Courses/ Camps/Clinics/Exams etc….

§  Online courses: contact Member Services and a representative will set the Member up for the course and provide course access. Once set up for the course, Members will have the ability to access and complete the course online.

§  Live Events:  contact Member Services and a representative will manually register Members for live events. If this is a program related event, please provide the paper work directly to the respective program administrator.
