CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
- The Environmental construction permit has been
issued to the contractor. The city building permits will be issued
when clearance is received from the State Fire Marshall's office.
Currently the report is that our plans are next in line for review
by the State. Tree removal began on Tuesday and will be followed
by grade work for the parking lot extension. New trees and landscape
will be part of the new lot construction. A decorating team meets
this week with our architect's interior decorator. This group is
making color selections for the outside of the Multi Purpose
building and for the interiors of all three
buildings.
The Student Minister Search Committee
is pleased to announce that it will be recommending that
Jason Cox be invited to join our church staff as part-time Director

place at a Special Business Meeting the close of the evening worship
service on Sunday night, August 24, 2008. On Wednesday night, August
