Addition to the EnviroGroups SpreadSheet

I just became aware of this group via Steve Dehond's email attachment,
and added it to our EnviroGroups Spreadsheet

The groups is below (as well as in the Sheet) and sounds like they may
be a method to add our voices to a larger group that has a connection to
