Hi team, 

I acknoledge that I have been out of communicaiton.  

Scott - Are you traveling the world this week?!

I was making up that my email gets lost in the internet black hole and is not seen by anyone.  

I'm supporting an intern this summer and it's been a challenging box busting time for me to get to open up and create a valuable connected time.  It's easy for me to get wrapped up in the doingness and I have found that that's where my anxiety exists.  This morning I got to slow down..  By me being in a way that was calm but excited and light I was able to create a space for Brian to ask questions and share. 

Tonight Tori and I get to attend our pre-marital counceling session at church.  I absolutley love structured learning with Tori so I'm really excited to be in scripture tonight learning and aligning our relationship in a way that will glorify God.

Thank you for sharing! Way to create connected time with Brian! 

Reflecting, I committed to communicate daily until 4/30. I am committed to letting the team know how frequently I am committed to communicating by Sunday at midnight. It is still valuable for me to share and get to know what everyone is up to! 

I am looking forward to premarital counseling with Adam tonight! My experience has been growth within myself and our relationship since starting!!! I am also really looking forward to finally picking a honeymoon destination after much discussion of our vision!!!

Yes indeedy, I just got back home last night.  Great trip, spent the first week in France for work and then a long weekend in the UK connecting with friends and family.  Beautiful weekend, gorgeous weather and fun and laughter with great people.

Hi Team!

Tori - thank you for bringing this up.  I request that we, as a team, make a new declaration around our daily communication.  Specifically, something that will serve us all.  I know I have been in and out since I left for Montreal.  Either in, or out is where we all get to be - (compared to somewhere in between).

AP - no black hole brother :)  Have a great time at your session tonight.  Continue to make a difference for this intern - always great to remind ourselves that there is something to learn in every interaction or experience.
