Hi Team! 

I realized this morning that I have not been doing regular meditation for about a month now and am going to start again with at least five minutes daily. I find that my mind is quiet and the chaos of my thoughts calm themselves with meditation. The same is true for yoga but differently. With meditation, I can internally process a lot more of my thoughts as opposed to processing them out loud with someone else.

My student is here early! Woohoo!
