Description:
After completion of the CIS Replacement project the new CIS application will contain a dramatic difference in functionality and technologies (going from mainframe ADABAS database to a web-based, multi-tier, client server SQL Server application). We will continue to need support of CIS but it is currently difficult to estimate how much time and what exact skills will be required to property support the new CIS application for the Clerk's Office. After 6 months with a contractor in this position we will be able to better evaluate the skills and effort needed to support CIS. We will possibly convert the contractor to an FTE is the hours and skills line up.

• Performance Tuning and Optimization using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools Required 8 Years
• Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models Required 8 Years

• SQL Server Integration Services Required 8 Years
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery Option for SQL Server Required 8 Years
• Knowledge of .NET application configuration and troubleshooting Desired 4 Years
• Knowledge of IIS Desired 4 Years
• Basic Oracle database administration Desired 4 Years
