Principal Software Engineer

• C/C++ programming • Perl, Tcl script development • Extensive
knowledge of Linux kernel internals • Expert knowledge of Linux kernel
memory management • Expert knowledge of Linux storage stack including
block and file interfaces • Ability to modify and extend Linux kernel
• Ability to debug kernel level problems • x86 MMU architecture • x86
cache and memory architecture • Linux device driver development •
Multicore / Multithreaded application development • Understanding of
data coherency issues in an SMP environment • Analyzing and debugging
system performance issues • Performance profiling, performance tuning
in a multicore environment • H/W board bringup experience • Full
software development lifecycle • Strong problem solving and analysis
skills • Solid verbal and written communication skills • BSEE or BSCS
Degree, advanced engineering degree preferred. • 15+ years experience
• Hypervisors • Windows device driver development • Windows memory
management • Windows storage stack • Ability to lead and mentor junior
engineers • Experience establishing a software development process
