RxSpecialty’s Inbound and Outbound System
The project dealt with building a standardized capability for
specialty pharmacy business to receive inbound service requests via
faxes/emails in an electronic format and send out faxes/emails in an
Outbound process. The incoming faxes were processed using Captiva and
imported into Documentum. As and when a fax image is arrived,
processed and persisted by Documentum, Documentum sends a notification
message to ESL, for it to create a new task in teamworks. The
Documentum system was integrated with IBM Teamworks where a task was
creates for Inbound fax user to disposition the inbound fax.
The Outbound Fax project provided a capability to generate outbound
faxes using established templates and store the copy of faxes in
Doucmentum via Captiva.
Responsibilities:

applications are processed. The Content Management System was

Boston Scientific’s Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Group is a leading
developer of implantable cardiac devices used to treat cardiac
arrhythmias, sudden cardiac arrest and heart failure. The project CRIS
(Clinical Research Information System) dealt with clinical data
management using CRIS CDC-CTMS (Clinical Document Control – Clinical
Trial Management system ) which was developed to support clinical
trial activities globally in the US and Europe. CDC was used in
conjunction with CTMS to scan and control incoming study documents,
monitor the status of study documents, and view existing documents.
