Follow up to my office space post

Hi ya’ll,

The situation I ran across (I didn’t put it together—in fact, found out about it from a conversation at Broad St. Café) is a sublet of a sublet in an already existing office space with all women (who I already know).  There aren’t other spaces in that office currently available. If I hear of anything else, I’ll definitely post to this list.

Part of me really wanted to be a part of figuring out how to make a co-op type of situation work. I think the model has the potential to be a brilliant option for entrepreneurs and creatives. But then the part of me that sees my business pulling out of the proverbial train station is relieved to have found a space that already has everything already set up. I’m also thrilled that it’s in Nevada City, so I can “walk to work”.
