I'd like to thank Katie for hosting a superbly delicious meal. I swear - as polite as I wanted to be - I could not help myself to three servings of the most amazing chile ever. And I gorged on the most incredible home-made marshmellow's in existence. And Shawn made a really cool drink that tasted like shirley temples and looked like liquid candy - but with alcohol, yummmmy.
Thank you for a wonderful christmas party. Even though noone wore lampshades or made copies of their body parts on any copy machines - it was still good fun.
Although, I did give the friend that I'd come with a very generous and sincere hug goodbye - kindly, she reminded me that we were also leaving together.
