Quick response needed, & next meeting info

I've just decided to try cooking up something that might be kinda
handy, so in relatively short order I need from everyone:
Your name as you would want it printed
Your public contact phone number and email address (like you would
have on a business card)
A one- or two-word categorical description of what you do, or what
industry you work in. i.e., mine would be "Information Technology";
Kady's might be, "Catering, Home Meal Delivery", which is more than
two words but still acceptable. Needs to be very short though.
You can reply directly to me -- robsh...@gmail.com -- or on-list if
you want. Do keep in mind that the mailing list archives are publicly
accessible, so your name, email address, and phone number might end up
living on the net forever.
I need this information ASAP; the cut-off time for what I'm cooking up
will be Saturday morning, possibly earlier.
Meeting stuff:
I'm going to decide, executive style, that everyone is busy and
partying and distracted and all that good stuff in December, so there
shall be no meet-up in December aside from Kady's bash. I'm also going
to decide that everyone will, or possibly should be, still too
hung-over the first week of January to talk about contracts. For that
matter, I don't really drink and I would still consider myself
too-hung-over to want to talk about contracts.
Additionally, I have a customary freeze-my-tuchas-off trip every year
in Yosemite around about the middle of January. So! Unless someone
would like to organize a January meeting -- which I would like to see,
by the way -- on any topic, although contracts has been suggested, I
think our next "business" meeting will be February 4, 2009.
