I just got home. It was a shit show. I had two gps devices. And they both failed me horribly. I haven’t a printer so I didn’t have a paper map. As a result I kept getting sent back and making u turns etc. It took me 7 hours and 11 minutes! 

Being super hot doesn’t help one navigate convoluted greenway connections. Total brain fog. I also kept having to stop the second half when I was overheating. My pulse kept skyrocketing. It was not a fun day. 

But in the plus side, my new bike was a joy to ride.

Dude! Iknowright? I was riding as fast as the heat and my heart rate would allow. Just doing normal speed on the flats my heart rate was up at and over 170. Note: I’m not 20 anymore. Hahahaha! That was definitely memorable. Also, I did not get ice cream at the place. I didn’t have enough time. 😭
