If any RUSA members are interested in joining in on ACP 200k pre-ride Jan 1 Wednesday 7:30 am start Salisbury

Please let me know as soon as possible so that I can get your paperwork, etc. ready for you. My printer is broken, so I have to print forms up on Monday or Tuesday in town.

The weather forecast looks decent for Jan 1

Those that want to do the Jan 11, 200k  please let me know also

Remember that you must be a 2025 RUSA member to ride

Even though it is only a 200k, you will need your lights and reflective gear also.

My internet has not been working well so the website has not been updated lately

I needed to look at weather forecast closer to Jan 11 2025 Currently it looks like a good/high possibility of snow and with the cold rain on Friday night, I don’t think the roads will be safe to ride on Saturday. With that, I plan to not have riders ride on Jan 11, 2025 I'll send more info once I hear back from RUSA about my options

I wanted to let y'all know about my decision for High Point NC 200k ACP scheduled for Jan 11 2025

I needed to look at weather forecast closer to Jan 11 2025

Currently it looks like a good/high possibility of snow and with the cold rain on Friday night, I don’t think the roads will be safe to ride on Saturday. With that, I plan to not have riders ride on Jan 11, 2025

There are a couple days this week that may be ok for cold pre-rides with dry roads after today where there may not be ice in the shadows. I plan to make the safe to ride days available for the few members that inquired about this 200k

Please let me know if you want to do a solo Pre-ride on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, provided the conditions are safe to ride prior to starting

Looking at the following weeks, there are a lot of cold wet days after Jan 11 in NC,

At this point I don’t plan to postpone the ACP 200k to be run on the 18th
