It's Ice Cream Sandwich Time!  The 2023 NCBC Summer Rally and membership drive is Sunday, Aug 25th NCBC strives to promote bicycling through recreational, utilitarian activities and to educate about safety.  In line with this we support other bike events with resources, supplies and charitable donations in the interest of cycling We are looking for volunteers to assist with our annual membership event.  The success of our rallies depends on YOU!   Route markers, supplies pick-up and Day-of-Support.    Planning to Ride? No Problem! We have a job for you.  Volunteers will receive a free membership or free membership  and ride (sign up to volunteer first).
