2025 NC State Fair Demo

The Heritage Forge Demo at the NC State Fair is coming up again and runs from Thursday, October 16 and ends on Sunday, October 26th.

 

To volunteer and/or sell at the NC State fair you need to be a paid member of NCABANA.

Please make sure you have contacted the volunteer coordinator at ncherit...@gmail.com if you are interested in volunteering this year.

The consignment rate is 20% if you volunteer and 25% if you do not. 

The money from the fees pays for sales taxes, credit card fees, booth rent, insurance, steel, coal, tools, and other expenses that are incurred as part of running this demo. 

This year, inventory will need to be delivered to the sales manager's home or brought to the heritage forge by 3pm on Saturday October 11th, 2022. 

Any inventory brought after that time will be placed on the shelves in the basement and brought out as time and space is available. 

This does NOT mean we need 100% of your inventory, but we do need enough to merchandize the sales floor with representative examples of your work.

There will be other opportunities for inventory drop off.
