But as time goes by I realized that things are getting very messy, as I add more and more sounds, and delete the ones that i dont use anymore i realized that is really hard to find the sounds that i want.
The sound board really needs an option to drag sounds to the position that you want in the grid (just like stream deck), adding the option to add shortcuts to your soundboards would be really helpfull as well.
I do not understand the thought process behind this feature. I don't think I've met a single person who thinks "ah yeah those entrance sounds are really cool and improve engagement". All I am hearing is "how do I disable this stupid soundboard entrance sound".
I've been using Voicemod soundboard since march of this year and been using it to replace in-game sounds with my sounds to troll or cosplay with a friend, and i could insert at least 20 sounds into my soundboard, i even have a screenshot showing my board with that number of sounds.

I need to find a way to actually get the sound to play though, and i think i know that i need to use some kind of sound board to play the sound through the speakers. Also, how would i use the arduino to choose at random which sound can be played, so the sounds don't just cycle through on a loop.
You can load WAV or OGG files onto it like you would with a thumb drive. You can then control the sounds either with an Arduino or a similar device - or you can just use individual switches to play the sound. For what you are attempting to do - you don't even need an Arduino.

The absolute best part of this whole thing is - I forgot that I had enabled PWA support when I scaffolded the application. When I was done and deployed my build version, I noticed the service worker in play and did a quick test. Using Chrome DevTools, I turned off network support and reloaded. The entire application had been cached locally and it worked perfectly. Since all the sounds are stored in IndexedDB, there's no remote resources to hit. If I wanted to, I could replace the icons spit out by default and provide my own, but I'll probably only bother with that if folks actually like the application.
3 days ago I started messing around with Android Studio, now I want to make a soundboard for Overwatch heroes. I selected 15 voice files for every one of these 21 heroes, so it will be >300 voice files.
First, I used the MediaPlayer for each sound. But then I read that the MediaPlayer is not intended for 3 second sounds and that I should use the SoundPool. The MediaPlayer worked fine, but if I spam one button there is a humongous (10 second) delay until I can play sounds again. I wanted to try out the SoundPool lib but everytime I want to play a sound it tells me that sample 1 isn't ready. Doesn't matter how long I wait, it never finishes loading. I know I can add a onLoadCompleteListener but I would have to do this for all 315 buttons seperately...

When selecting a sound for the module's soundboard, select 'File Picker'. When the file browser is open, make sure it is set to 'User Data' at the top. Then browse to 'modules/soundFxLibrary' and then select the category you want and pick a sound.
Alternatively, you can control the organization more if you've set a custom soundboard directory in Soundboard's module settings. Copy sounds from 'modules/soundfxlibrary' into that directory. Use folders to create categories.

As to why a piano, etc. sounds "not so real" when playing back with 2 ch stereo, based on phantom center/holographic constructs, well, that has far more to do with the limitations of stereo soundfields, as explained in AES paper 5202: www.aes.org/e-lib/browse.cfm and scant to do with needing more stereo "resolution", IMHO.
