Would you be able to attach the pdf to this conversation so we can download and look at it?  thanks.

It appears that the system is sizing the pdf based on the first page.   Because the first page of your pdf is especially narrow, nb2 is enlarging it to fit the screen.   But that enlarges the other, wider pages to be too big for the screen.  I tried to delete the first page from the pdf, then uploaded what was left and it displayed just fine.

This is happening to me with multiple pdfs, and it doesn't seem to be related to the first page being different as in the case mentioned here. It is also happening with pdfs I've used in former years without trouble. It is not happening with every pdf, but I have encountered it twice already. The first one I fixed by finding a different PDF with different pagination.

when you say it worked without trouble in former years, were you using nb version 1 at that time?

can you provide links to the pdfs that are causing the problems?

thanks!
