I ran into an issue once I tried to use my old username (from the old NB). Password reset did not work. So I used a new username and started fresh. Great!

But then I tried to use a different computer, and it would not accept the password. And password reset did not work. That is, I got the email, I clicked on the link, I reset the password, and ... the new password does not provide access ("Invalid username and password...").

So at this point, I'm pretty much up the creek, with a class that's already begun... :(

I've had a similar problem for the last two weeks.  Website is up, but can't access NB (old or new version) after resetting the password.

We'll get right on it.   One possibility that we're examining is that you might have put a space at the beginning or end of your username or password, which NB shouldn't have paid attention to but did.   If you want to try creating yet one more username, taking great care not to include spaces, let me know if that works.   If you are current logged in as an administrator on the first computer, don't log out---we want to make sure you keep access to your class.  instead, use that administrator login to invite yourself with your new username (without spaces).
