NB site renaming completed

As of monday, nb.mit.edu is serving our new, upgraded version of nb.   NB version 1 can still be found at http://nb1.mit.edu/ and will continue to be supported.  If you notice any system issues please post here so we can fix them.

NB version 2 offers

• real time conversations and notifications
• spotlighting of important comments
• better filtering and sorting of comments
• comment/question upvoting
• instructor endorsement of comments
• text search for comments
• a far cleaner and more elegant interface

NBv2 is missing image and video annotation; we plan to add them but for now those features are only available in v1 so you may be stuck there for a while.    I find nbv2 enough of an improvement that I'm actually using both tools in my class, v1 for video annotation and v2 for everything else.
