Anonymous comments aren't indicated as anonymous to instructors

I noticed one big problem on NB2 that we had fixed way back with NB1.  

Problem: An anonymous student comment does not appear anonymous in my instructor view (I just see name and no anonymous indicator), and so I have no way of knowing that nobody else can see their name.  I want to use student names in comments to give a sense of agency, belonging, and recognition during discussions.  However, I don’t want to call someone out who had posted anonymously!  I have no way of knowing who is posting anonymously.

With NB1, I had suggested implementing a strikethrough of the name for the instructor view whenever a student posts anonymously.  This was huge, because instructors could still see who writes every post, but also tells us that they are anonymous to everyone else.  Looks like NB2 has that same issue and I am hoping that same strikethrough fix can be implemented in the new setup?
