NB2: cannot annotate on iPad

highlighting text on a laptop (firefox) triggers the appearance of the comment box. This however doesn't seem to be working on the iPad (tried with safari and firefox)

Thank you for pointing out that issue. It's fixed now! NB2 supports annotations on tablets (tested on iPad and Surface).
