Week 4 recap <3

Hello again!

It was lovely to see all your beautiful faces at today's meeting, and we can't wait to see you all again next week!

Before I recap our fantastic pitches, two things:

2) Our EIC David is looking for some FrNBNs to help with designing merch! Reach out to him if you're interested!

Now, to this week's pitches:

For our next quaran-diary, we have Josh writing about starting a garden!

We also have Vaibhavi's story profiling students who are putting their skills to use by making and selling earrings.

Beck will be writing about making his own home gym (peep him on next season of American Ninja Warrior. jk... unless?)

Sam and Vaibhavi have plans to report on all those deep philosophical thoughts we're having now that we have infinite time to think in quarantine.

And, of course, Jordan's idea for a Life & Style cookbook - once again, reply to this email if you're interested in contributing!

And, of course, here are the absolute masterpieces our section put out since last meeting - go read them and remember that there's still good left in the world and that good is NBN!!

- Sophia put out some great tips for self-care in quarantine (including a link to DIY face masks that I really want to try!).

- Bailey penned us a piece about the weird t-shirts she's thrifted through the years, with both incredible content and incredible graphics.

- Josh has done it again, writing a hilarious piece about your Zoom background and astrological sign, featuring a ~highly memeable~ picture of himself. (Can we have a L&S caption contest?)

- Jordan told us about her new quarantine skill: calligraphy. Give it a read if you love things that are aesthetically pleasing (which you do).

- Vaibhavi and our very own editor Melissa traveled the world via Tinder to tell us about dating abroad. (Catch me finally making my Tinder profile 🔥).
