Dear Coalition Nation,

New: Insights. Opportunities. Experiences.
All to broaden your leadership perspective.

Expand your organizational knowledge and managerial skillset by participating in a rotational development program. Rotational development programs are unique opportunities for current and emerging leaders at FAA; they offer short-term, meaningful assignments that expand participants’ experience outside of their current area of expertise, strengthen collaboration across the Agency and government, and build the leadership skills necessary to lead at FAA and other federal agencies.

FAA Executive Exchange Program: Making Strategic Connections
White House Leadership Development Program
President's Management Council Interagency Rotation Program
DOT Departmental Rotation Assignment Program

Why consider a rotation assignment?

Rotational development programs support your leadership development by:
Creating new opportunities to expand your current set of leadership and management skills
Broadening your organizational experience by tackling complex issues outside of your home Line of Business or Staff Office
Deepening your understanding of the overall Agency and government mission
Exposing you to different management techniques and leadership styles
Supporting development of your personal and professional leadership qualities

“Instead of making race-relations ‘issues of controversy’ awaiting adjudication and legal wins or losses, we need to make race-relations ‘opportunities of grace’ where we value one another as equals and adhere to the words of Christ – ‘In everything, therefore, treat people the same way you want them to treat you, for this is the Law and the Prophets.’” NASB Matthew 7:12. - qmiles
