The National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) Western Pacific Region is ready to accept candidates for the Tony Willis Scholarship. Completed applications must be postmarked by April 30, 2011.

The application with instructions is attached. Please provide the application to students or to people that you know will get this out to those needing some assistance with their education.
