Dear all

Thank you all for responding to the doodle. I have been a little torn since I would like Bjarte as the representative to participate in this meeting, where we will connect on how to move on with NBC in the future. However, for everyone else, Monday the 12th of April seems to work best. Bjarte will try to participate at least some if the meeting is 18-20, so the meeting will be Monday the 12th of April 18,00-20,00 CET.

The focus of the meeting will be connection on how to move on with our organization. We suggest the following priorities for the meeting:

1.       We share concrete actions that would be alive for each of us to do in NBC and which is realistic for us each to commit to.

2.       We discuss organizational issues.

Warmly,

Gitte

Dear fellows in the Nordic Baltics :-)

We have talked, wondered and met toghether for 2-3 years seeking ways to meet our goals. I appreciate the connection, community, learning and development we have achieved :-) At the same time I have unmet needs of focus and clarity on what to do, and because of that lack life and inspiration.

Given the human resources we have with years of experience. taking account the limitations

Dear fellows in the Nordic Baltics :-)

Background
We have talked, wondered and met toghether for 2-3 years, seeking ways to meet our goals. I appreciate the connection, community, learning and development we have achieved :-) At the same time I have unmet needs of focus and clarity on what to do, and because of that partly lack of life and inspiration.

I want to move on, but first take a deep breath and connect to what is alive inside and harvest learnings. We have strong human resources with members' years of experience learning, living and teaching NVCI would like to find a way to see that spread to more people in our region. Our economic resources are limited, we are dispersed in different countries in our daily activities and I do not see the capacity to do regional projects together at the moment. An organization needs a concrete output as Annewiek once told us. So I ask myself what activities are possible to fulfill without physically meeting nor co-operate directly on something big. I want us to produce just a few things that are simple, achieveable and that gives relatively quick, understandable, and concrete products. (Later we can do more and bigger stuff). Well, when I started to learn NVC I was searching the Web for experiences. I still remember I finding small stories among others written by Inbal Kashtan. That opened my eyes of how to use NVC in daily situations and gave me inspiration.

Proposal
 So I propose us to
1. write short stories from daily life situations that people recognize, our own and course participants' stories, and
2. publish them on the website of each country in mothertounge and in English for the NBC-site; and
3. by life-enriching e-mails to the network (monthly or bimonthly) .

Write the stories when they are alive (they don't have to be "perfect"), and get them going to the webmaster, (who I request to publish them).
By this I hope we can have more dynamics, inspiration, life & learning among ourselves & the people reading them.
As stories spread, hopefully the receivers will find them meaningful & forward them to others --> the network will grow.

Any opinion about this will be well received by me.

It will be difficult for me to participate tonight as I have gourmet-club and am without Internet, I wish you a good meeting :-)

Warmly
