Face to Face meeting in Estonia 6-8 Feb 2010

You are all very welcome to Tallinn, Estonia 6-8 February 2010 to next
NBC-NVC F2F meeting! Meeting is planned to Start 9 am first day (6th
Feb) and End 3 pm last day 8th Feb).
Here below are the details about venue and accommodation. Please do
not hesitate to ask if anything remains unclear or you need more
information!
Tallinn International Airport is situated appr 5 km from City centre
and wheather in Tallinn in February could be relatively cold (up to
-10 C) with lots of snow.
Meeting venue:
Meeting rooms are booked in a local Budist center that is situated in
center of Tallinn in freshly renovated building. You can have a look

(unfortunately text about this page is only in Estonian but at least
you can see pictures and get an idea). There is available either
smaller room (for 8-10 persons) or biger one for more.
We need to pay for meeting rooms appr. 5-10 Eur per hour (depending on
how much people join F2F meeting and whether we want to use big room
or smaller one). Dataprojector need to be rented for additional
price.
The price for 3 lunches and refreshments 2 x per day is about 30 Eur
per person (all three days). Please let me know if any of you have
possible food allergies etc.
(Please notice that all this prices are approximate and I can finalise
them after getting more precise number of particiapants and meeting
with the head of Budist center after 7th of January).
Accommodation:
about 15 minutes walking disance from Budist centre there is a small
hotel where there is made preliminary agreement about accommodation.

Price for rooms is between 16-20 Eur (incl breakfest) depending if you
want to stay in single or double room.
Please let me know your preferrence about
a) staying in single or double room (and your preferred roommate)
b) your arrival and departure time
and I will make a booking for you.

Dinner I suggest to have in some of many lovely restaurants in Old
Town which is also at walking distance (10-15 min) from hotel as well
as from meeting venue.
