Hey everyone,

I am currently attempting to recreate a version of xRAPM on my own and have used the RAPM tutorials from Guides to Creating RAPM as a reference, but I've hit a bit of a roadblock. Where does adding a prior come into the calculation of the regression? I am working in MATLAB, but any general advice on the topic would be greatly appreciated. My best guess as of now is that it is related to the 'offset' vector used in the glmnet function, but I'm still not sure. Thanks, and I look forward to hearing back from anyone willing to provide input.
