It’s time for the annual NBATC business meeting and dinner! Please join us on October 12 to socialize, enjoy dinner, and elect club officers and directors. (See attached agenda.)
Please RSVP by to happ...@msn.com with your name and the number in your party. We need your RSVP by the evening of Monday, October 9.
Date: October 12, 2017
Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Location: Peakland United Methodist Church, 4434 Boonsboro Road
Cost: $1 per person or $2 dollars per family.
Pot Luck: Bring a covered dish that serves six people. Please label the ingredients for the benefit of those with allergies.
Provided: The club provides coffee, tea, napkins and cups. You are invited to bring your own plates, utensils,and serving utensil (with your name on it). If you prefer not to bring your own, we will provide paper plates and plastic utensils.
Note: Due to plumbing issues and limited space, we ask that you not wash dinnerware at the church.
If you haven’t already sent in your 2017-2018 membership dues, you can pay at the registration table before the meeting. Checks are preferable. Also, be sure provide any address or email changes.
ATC Central Virginia guidebooks and maps will be available to club members for $17 ($26 regular price). Favorite Hikes of the Natural Bridge Appalachian Trail Club booklets will be on sale for $5.
