According to Cannot load symbols for mfc100.dll I should download a full symbol package from -us/windows/hardware/gg463028. I did that, but it doesn't help either because this package does not actually include symbols for mfc100.dll at all.
Those symbols should be matched to the version that VS uses, so they can get out of sync if you install a version of the VC redist which is newer than what VS is currently using. Check the version of the CRT in VC directory where VS2010 is installed. There should be a redist directory in there and under that is the CRT. Here's an update on my problem with this DLL. The problem happened for me on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit...and only happened after logging on to a network domain user account. What I discovered is that our network had "startup scripts" that ran every time a domain user account logged on. The script was the culprit...as it removed temporary files upon running. This caused files to be removed and caused the 64 bit version of lightroom to break for me. I had the IT department disable the scripts, installed the C+ redistributable and restarted. No problems for me anymore. Hope this helps someone, if you are on a network computer.

Okay, got it to work somehow...
I already installed the STM-32 core with the boards manager and selected the STM-32 board.
First nothing happened when flashing using ST-Link. No error, arduino said that the upload was successful, but nothing happened. I copied the ST-Link command to the windows command line instead, and this time I got an error (mfc100.dll missing). I had to install Visual C++ redistributable package 2010 x86 (on my x64 machine) for ST-Link to actually work.
Now using the "Nucleo-64" board and variant "Nucleo F030R8" the program can actually be flashed via ST-Link, but the pin layout is messed up (D3 in code is D13 on the board).
No idea how to write my own / correct F303K8 variant ... But looks like it might be possible.
I've been playing ragnarok online for a couple of months now and i've been playing everyday these past two weeks. But suddenly today, ragnarok wont run. It says that the MSVCR100.dll is missing from my computer. So i downloaded that file from the internet and extracted it on the ragnarok folder. But the still wont run. It says now that the MSVCR100.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.
