Climate change is now affecting all countries on every continent. It is disrupting local economies, affecting lives, and costing people, communities, and countries today and tomorrow. Weather is changing and becoming more extreme, sea levels are rising and greenhouse gas emissions are now at their highest limits. Therefore this conference has planned to discuss how developing nations can become developed nations under zero or minimum effects on global warming.
