Hello people! Ive been trying to set up amplitube 5 with zoom to give lessons. I own a focusrite scarlett 212 and a sm57 microphone. I wanted my students to listen to my voice through the microphone and the guitar tone coming from amplitube, but I havent figured out how to set it up. Ive only found videos online setting it up on a MAC. I have a PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Computer audio is such a funny thing. If helix fights one program for me its amplitube. Both 3 AND 4. Only running the free version of amplitube, but i cant think thats going to make too much difference. TH3 on the other hand works great.
i agree, however i dont think Helix's driver is the most stable thing. I also have issues with Studio One that i only have when im running helix as an interface, (which ive been doing quite a lot lately for a whole host of reasons- simplicity is one that comes to mind) so i cant be toooo quick to point fingers at amplitube as being the issue in my set-up.
hi, i was having this issue which lead me here, i just switched my midi input on the assigned channel from all midi inputs , to the specific keyboard which my expression peddle is plugged into, (Nord electro 4) and it worked for reading the midi right away in amplitube , been driving me mad for ages , hope this helps
I create a first "audio" track in logicpro and then create an amplitube amp sound using eg a clean amp, chorus and delay and record this onto the track in logic. I save this created amp sound within amplitube.
I saved the fx I had created for the first track within amplitube, but this does not seem to make any difference.....it just is overridden by whatever fx I chose within amplitube for the second logic pro track.
