Maintenance payment for un occupied flats

Hi All,
Association would like to reiterate that the maintenance payments are mandatory irrespective of the flat being occupied or unoccupied.
Only water charges shall be waived off for unoccupied flats as the amount accounted towards water is quiet significant.
Maintenance includes following:
1. Security charges
2. AMC for Lift/Generator
3. Common area cleaning.
4. Periodic water tank/sump cleaning
5.Common area leakages/ad-hoc expenses.
6.Common area electrical maintenance.
7.Annual electrical inspection.
