Water situation at Navya Gruha

Dear Residents and Owners,

I would like to update you on present water situation at Navya Gruha.

Since two months we have been buying water (One water tanker a day) on regular basis. But last few days the ground water is completely exhausted and bore pump no longer fetches water. Our manager will check if there is anything wrong with the motor or no ground water present.

So the present situation demanded water tanks to be bought. At present four loads of water tankers are being used. Each tanker costs at Rs. 550 and we end up paying Rs.2200 per day. Monthly costs would increase to 60-70k. Each apartment has to pay Rs 2800. The calculation becomes complex as many flats are empty or some are not paying on time.

Other alternatives are:

       1.   Exploring another water point (bore) and I have no idea how much would it cost (May costs 1 lac or more).

       2.   Ration the water (may be two tankers in the morning and one in the evening).

I am not taking any decision here but would like to let you know the present situation.
