Concern

Hi all
Currently some of the owners have rented out their flats for PG. Some more might go for the same in near future.
As per the association by-laws this is not allowed as it would cause more security issues.
I have already faced some nuisance from D3 sometime back.
We might soon end up in water scarcity as each of the flats will consume 3-4times compared to other flats. 
same with the generator usage.
It would also be difficult to find tenants if one of us wish to rent it out to a family.

I would like each of the owners to think about these issues and stop renting it to pg.
Request each one of you to share your thoughts.

Please specify what issue you have faced with D3. As long as we are aware we have not rented out to PG. We have rented out to working professionals who are sharing the house and rent accordingly.

Without the compound being maintained well, no family will rent the house in that premises. Hence we are left with no option but to rent to working bachelors.

Sure I have 2 instances, they were too loud.
once I  personally went @around 12:30 pm and warned them.
Next time sent the security. Similar time.
Recently heard one voice screaming.

Please share the details of people staying in your place.
Yes please provide the details of person whom association can contact.
