Water unit price revised

Hi Navya Gruha Owners,

Recently water consumption and related costs have been reviewed. After analysis association has decided to  revise unit price to INR 1.7 from INR 1.4. 

The new rate shall be applicable from May2020 on wards.

Following are the primary reasons for the revision:

1. INR 100 increase since 8-9 months.

2. We need to buy 1 tanker/day irrespective of our consumption. This is the contract we have with vendor to ensure minimum supply through out the year.

Fixed maintenance too is being reviewed and one important observation is consumption of diesel has doubled. So fixed maintenance will also be increased and conveyed by next month.
