We are planning for the Association meeting on March 9th 2014 Sunday @ 10:30 AM in A Block Parking lot. Request all your presence.
Few of the important items will be discussed and decisions will be taken accordingly.
Some of the items which will be discussed in the meeting are
· Current status of the corpus fund collection.
· Status of the various activities undertook by the association like Building Painting etc.
· Any other open items.

Navya Gruha Association Core Committee1. All the owners and tenants responsibility to make sure the Cleanliness of the society, House keeping servant complaints that some one is leaving the daily garbage in the Block B stairs regularly and it stinks the entire area. Hence the B block 2nd, 3rd and 4 the floor residents to vigil on this and alert the respective stakeholders in case of this repeats.
2. House Keeping servant will start taking the garbage in-front of each apartment from 10 a.m. Hence instruct all the owners to keep the garbage’s in front of their house before 10 a.m. In case it is not possible on any day to keep the garbage on time then owner or owner instruct the maid’s to leave the garabage in the Parking area Garbage collection Plastic container.
3. There is a suggestion to have 2 securities in the society to strengthen the daily operations. Lokantha will understand this requirement and suggest proposals in-front of the society.
4. Society POC’s will talk with Santhosh (Security) and put him into a 4 week’s observation period and finally take a call on whether to continue his service in the society or not?
5. Seed amounts will be utilized for Block A bore well repair, Changing the rusted pipes, Paining of the building etc. Proposals are in discussion. Prabhir and Sana will take the responsibilities of finalizing on Painting of the building and Rusted pipe changes. Maneesh will be the POC of Block A bore well repair activities.
6. Venkat will try to get the existing Society bylaws copy.
7. House Keeping activities will be managed by the Socieyt manager, Mastan (305 mast...@gmail.com) will be the society POC in managing and monitoring this activity.
Society manager will make sure enough detergent and necessary equipment’s are available to the house keeping servant for cleaning the society
8. Next meeting will be scheduled in the month of April.
