Revised Water charges from January

Dear Residents,

Wishing you and your family a very happy new year.

After analyzing the water usage for past few months, it is decided that from January there will be reduction in water charges from Rs1500 to Rs500. Pl make sure you pay the maintenance with in the month.

We will revisit the water charges again in April (during the summer).

If you need any clarification, pl speak to the manager.

Hi,

There was a typo in the last mail. The charges were reduced from Rs 1500 to Rs 1000.

Hi,

We will issue a cheque of 12000/- for the whole of 2016, against the water charges. The same shall be issued in the first week of February.

Our tenant will hand over the cheque.

Secondly, this month an amount of 35,000/- has been paid towards maintenance for 2016. Kindly tally the same for 2016 and let us know the difference for 2016.
