Hello Sir,

Please take this request has high priority since many electrical appliances were damaged, our life is at risk because of electrical shocks and damage to personal things.

Adding the "Navya Gruha" members in loop so that people are aware of the timelines to resolve this issue.

Sub:- Transformer replacement at Navya Gruha, Bellandur

We are residents of Navya Gruha Apartment, Bellandur, would like to complain about the frequent power fluctuations. Last six months we see frequent fluctuations and some of the residents seen their Electric equipment like TVs, Fridge, Modems, Tube lights etc.. getting damaged due to sudden high power input.

We kept complaining to 24X7 Customer Support. The Support Engineer, during his visit, suggested a contractor who can check internal wiring of the building. We have approached the contractor and he has checked internal wiring and asked us to approach BESCOM for replacing the transformer. 

Our Transformer is 15+ years old and we are maintaining it regularly by changing the oil etc. with authorized contractor.

We would request you to replace the transformer as soon as possible or else find a suitable solution.
